SONNY RHODES -
TEXAS FENDER BENDER! -Once in a while the chance of a lifetime presents itself.
When it does you either grab it or pass it by unrecognized.
After meeting Sonny in Philadelphia 2 years ago I walked away
with the feeling we would meet again. I didn't know then, why
that was. I do now! I am honored and privileged to present
this recording to you on the
Greater Planet
label. It is a milestone for me but more importantly an
opportunity to show the world a different side of Sonny,
clean, pure, raw unadulterated Blues. As Billy B. says, It
doesn't get any better than this. Truly an understatement by
any means! Thanks Sonny.
